Terms of Service
By purchasing, downloading, or using Doom (the "Client", the "Software", or the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. License
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software on a single machine at a time. You do not own the Software; you own a license key tied to your Discord account.
2. Account & License Keys
- Licenses are tied to your Discord account and to the hardware identifier (HWID) of the machine that first activates them.
- You may request an HWID reset through our support channels if you change hardware.
- Licenses may not be resold, shared, or transferred without prior written approval from Doom staff.
- Subscription licenses renew or expire according to the term you selected at purchase.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account, license key, or session credentials with anyone.
- Distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Software.
- Resell, lease, or sublicense access to the Software.
- Use the Software in a way that violates the terms of service of any server or game you connect to. Use of the Software is at your own risk.
4. Payments & Refunds
All purchases are processed by third-party providers (e.g. PayPal). Subscription purchases are billed up front. Because the Software is digital and delivered instantly, refunds are provided solely at the discretion of Doom staff and only where required by applicable law. Chargebacks may result in the immediate revocation of your license and a permanent ban from the Service.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access — including revoking licenses and banning your account — at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) violation of these Terms, chargebacks, abuse of support staff, or conduct that harms the community or Service.
6. Disclaimers
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will be undetected or that it will not be subject to bans on any third-party platform. You use the Software entirely at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any consequences arising from its use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doom and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Software.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
